Phosphoric acid (E338) –  is used to acidify foods and beverages such as various colas and jams, providing a tangy or sour taste.

Function:gelling agent

Side effects: Too much Phosphates in our diet can cause calcium deficiency, avoid if you have weak teeth and bones.
