Porphyridium Cruentum Extract

This is extracted from a type of red algae, which has been shown to contain the omega-3 fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid, the omega-6 fatty acid arachidonic acid, and other ingredients beneficial to the skin. Research has yet to prove whether the extract is effective when applied topically.
