Blue Diamond is the world’s largest agricultural cooperative and marketing company that specialises in almond production and processing. The cooperative was founded in California in 1910, and today serves over 3,500 almond growers. Together, the Blue Diamond Growers produce more than 80% of the world’s almond supply, with more than half of California’s almond growers contributing to the cooperative. The company produces a number of different almond products, including almond milk (under the Almond Breeze name), roasted almonds, flavoured snack almonds, crackers, and almond based protein powder.
