Mission Foods is a Mexican food brand that sells tortillas and related products like corn chips, salsa, and wraps. It is one of the world’s largest producers of tortillas and cornflour based products, and in 2009 launched in Australia with a factory in Victoria. The brand started in Texas in 1959, producing, marketing, and distributing tortillas, tacos, corn chips, wraps, flatbreads, and corn and wheat flour. Today, more than a quarter of the world’s flatbread is manufactured by Mission Foods, and the brand is stocked in many Australian supermarkets. Mission Food’s most popular products include their corn chips, tortilla strips, BlueCorn triangles, pita breads and pita pockets, pizza bases, flavoured wraps, salsas, and Extra Soft tortillas. The brand also sells a range of breads including naan bread, chapatti, roti, and Lebanese bread.
