Let’s face it, these kinds of foods are bombs of fat, sodium, and calories. The composition also includes several artificial food additives and, while most of them are safe for health, we should be careful about one of them – preservative (200), which can cause skin allergies for example. If you like such products and don’t want to give them up, try to at least control the quantity you eat. This is not a good product for your health.
