Seeing such a long ingredients list on a product is a sure sign you should put it back on the shelf immediately. Although this yoghurt isn’t high in calories – with only 175 calories in the whole tub – it’s rich in sugar and salt. You’re better off buying plain yoghurt and adding in fresh fruit or grating in a piece of dark chocolate.

It seems not all yoghurts are created equal. I’ll definitely consider the suggestion of buying plain yoghurt instead and adding some fresh fruits — definitely a healthy option!
