Our estimation
This pesto’s composition is practically the same as we would make it at home. The only difference is the addition of an acidity regulator and antioxidant, but the ones used are natural and safe. It gets a thumbs up for using simple ingredients and a thumbs down for using sunflower oil instead of olive oil entirely, which was probably to lower production costs.
