Coca-Cola is an internationally recognised carbonated soft drink that is manufactured by the American Coca-Cola Company. The drink is available in more than 200 countries worldwide and was ranked the world’s third most valuable brand after Apple and Google. Coca-Cola launched in 1886 and was originally made with coca leaves and kola nuts, however the recipe has changed over the years and remains a secret. Despite its popularity, Coca-Cola contains large amounts of unhealthy sugar, usually in the form of high-fructose corn syrup. The drink is first manufactured as a concentrate and then sent to facilities all over the world where it is mixed with water and sweeteners, and bottled. The final product is available in different sized cans, plastic bottles, and glass bottles. Coca-Cola concentrate is also sold to restaurants and bars where it is used in soda fountains. Different Coca-Cola products include Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Cherry, and Coca-Cola Vanilla.
