Our estimation
This baking chocolate has a better composition than the chocolates found in the confectionary aisle. Of course, it’s not perfect, but it’s okay for this type of product. It does get a thumb down for listing sugar as the second most used ingredient (it could definitely go further) and for using two different emulsifiers.
