Our estimation
Gluten-free products aren’t usually known for being composed of good and simple ingredients. Here we have the same situation. There’s certainly an advantage with the addition of linseed or rice bran, however I don’t like the addition of a stabiliser (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose xanthan gum), three types of sugar, and a dye. You can definitely find gluten-free bread with better ingredients.
