The composition of this mayonnaise is short, and were it not for the addition of MSG, it would be perfect. Still, if you take into account the composition of other mayonnaises, this one seems to be one of the better options. Remember, however, that mayonnaise consists mainly of fats and shouldn’t be consumed in large amounts.
