Lipton Lemon Ice Tea

517

Our estimation neutral

This iced tea contains sugar, fructose, and a sweetener. Including sugar in three different forms should be enough to realise that this product isn’t good for our health. Drinking just one glass of this iced tea provides 10.5 grams of sugar. You’re a lot better off preparing these kinds of drinks at home by yourself. It’ll be a much healthier beverage without chemical additives and nowhere near that amount of sugar.

These are, like, one of my favorite drinks. I can’t believe this didn’t pass your standards of healthy.
