This product has great marketing, but the composition leaves much to be desired. It gets a thumbs up for having psyllium husk at the top of the ingredient list, but a thumbs down for using Sunset Yellow FCF – which is banned in several countries due to being harmful to the body. This product is a good idea, but a better solution is to add psyllium husk to your own homemade cocktail. You’ll get the same effects but without the addition of a sweetener and such a strong yellow food colouring.
