The composition of this pesto is good, with the exception of the preservative (202) that can cause eczema, contact dermatitis, and food intolerances. Fortunately, potassium sorbate is listed at the very end of the composition, which means that it is the least used in the product. I believe that the amount won’t be large enough to cause side effects, but people who are hypersensitive should avoid such additives in their food.
