Powdered milk is cow’s milk that has been pasteurised, evaporated, and powdered. It contains only two ingredients: milk and soy lecithin. If you have the choice, use traditional milk – powdered milk is a processed product and the addition of soy lecithin means that the composition is not 100% equivalent to fresh milk.
