Our estimation
This lasagna has a long composition, but there are no highly suspect ingredients in it. Of course it’s not ideal to have so many ingredients, but for a ready-made product that just has to be heated up it’s quite good. Both the food additives used (460, 509) are harmless and safe. One serving provides about 400kcal, 11g of sugar, and as much as 500mg (!) of sodium. This product may be tempting from time to time, but if you eat ready-made meals more often you should consider a different product.
