Yakult Probiotic Drink 5x65ml

443

Our estimation neutral

It’s great that this yoghurt contains live bacteria, but it gets a thumbs down for the fact that it’s made from powdered milk and has a high sugar content, with more than two teaspoons. On one hand it’s beneficial, but on the other hand it’s harmful. You’re better off eating natural yoghurt made of milk with live bacteria cultures.

When you said two teaspoons, did you mean on each small bottle of Yakult? Because if that’s the cases, then, that’s a lot of sugar in such a small drink.
