This product is difficult to assess as a whole, because it comes in three different flavours, meaning there are three different sets of ingredients to look at. The vanilla flavour has the best composition, but still isn’t perfect. Using three types of milk, including milk solidsThis is obtained by evaporating milk with different fat cont..., and a large portion of sugar, makes it lose its value. The strawberry and mango flavours contain thickeners, a firming agent and two acidity regulators. All of this makes Yoplait yoghurts not the best choice.
