The more coconut/coconut extract, the better when it comes to coconut milk. This product only contains 50% of it, which is not the best result. It also contains guar gum, which prevents the milk from delaminating into water and coconut cream, and can add an unpleasant taste. You’re better off finding coconut milk that only consists of coconut and water.
This product consists of only 3 ingredients, however it’s unnecessary to add a thickener. Unfortunately in this case, thickener is needed to obtain the right consistency due to using only 75% coconut extract. There are coconut creams on the market that contain 95% coconut extract and 5% water. With this in mind, we give it a neutral assessment.
