I love healthy bars, but unfortunately these aren’t what I’d call healthy. They get a thumbs up for good ingredients like nuts and fruit, but a thumb down for sugar, which comes in three different forms (including glucose syrup) and chocolate, which has sugar in the first place. Such bars could do better without having that much added sugar, or even no sugar at all. The word “nice & natural” is also misleading. Let’s read the lineups! Only in this way will we really know what we’re eating.
