Thumbs up for using Tasmanian Grown Atlantic Salmon. Thumb down for using Japanese BBQ Sauce, which has a very long composition, full of food additives. Fortunately, the marinade only makes up 12% of the total product, so there is little of it. Still, it is definitely better to buy the fish on its own and prepare a marinade at home from simple ingredients.
