Our estimation
The composition of this product is simply 100% milk fat. Ghee butter is also known as clarified butter. It’s made by heating butter over a low heat for a long time, and then removing the scum and sediment (clarification). Remember that clarified butter is still an animal fat with a high content of saturated fatty acids, and we should limit these in our diet.
